T-Shirt Quilt

       This is a t-shirt quilt that I made for my dad for Christmas.  He asked me awhile back if I'd make a quilt for him sometime and I said sure...I finally got around to it...almost two years later.  Dad decided to help me out by cutting the shirts up for me.  Yikes!  I had some interesting pieces to work with, but I managed to pull it off.  :) 

     These are t-shirts from dad's coaching days.  The blues, greens, and golds are all so pretty together.  I'll be giving this to dad on Sunday evening.  I have a quilt top all done for my brother and will share it later.  Thanks for looking!

Table Runner

     I'm a member of my local quilt guild, Itchin' for Stitchin' Quilt Guild, and I recently participated in a block of the month project.  Our project was to make a table runner and we were given new instructions each month for three months.  Our name was entered in a door prize drawing each month when we brought in the next finished part of our project.  This picture isn't the best, but you can get the idea.  It's just the top right now.  I still need to add batting, backing and then quilt it.
