Clear Dollar Stamps July Sneak Peeks

     It's that time again...time for CDS sneak peeks!!  I have two samples to share with you today.  The first sample features a set called A Cupful of Happiness;  designed by Trudy Sjolander.  This little cat is so cute all curled up in the tea cup!

 

     This next stamp set is called Picnic Time - lots of fun possibilities!!!  I had fun making the trail of ants.  :)

Eph. 2:8-9

     This is a 3x3 card that I made for the CDS May release.  I used PTI's Hawaiian Shores cs and made my own background with CDS Designer Damask stamp set and PTI's Hawaiian Shores ink.  The sentiment is from Eph. 2:8-9, a CDS May release.

Tag Blessings

     Here is another card that features CDS Tag Blessings stamp set.  I made this circle card with a template from The Cutting Cafe and my idea for the stitching was inspired by fellow card maker, Peet.  I wanted to use a green flower, but didn't have one, so I used my olive ink and sponged it onto a white flower.  I stamped the tag image with VersaMark, covered it with clear embossing powder and then heat embossed.  I love the darker shade of purple on it.  That's all for now.  Thanks for stopping by!

CDS Sneak Peek Day 3

     Welcome back!  It's day 3 of Clear Dollar Stamps Sneak Peeks and I get to show you two cards!

    This first card is made with a stamp set called Air Flair.  When I saw these hot air balloons, I knew exactly what I wanted to do.  With the help of some pop dots, the bottom balloon is three layers, the middle balloon is two layers and then the top balloon is just one layer.  It's a fun way to add a little depth. 

     This next card features a stamp set called Eph. 2:8-9.  I paired this set with another CDS set called Damask Designer and really like the end result.

CDS Sneak Peek Day 1

     The time is finally here...it is day 1 of Clear Dollar Stamps Sneak Peeks!  I will be showing you several card samples over the next few days and the stamp sets will be available for purchase at the CDS store on May 1st!

     I created today's card with CDS's Bird Day Hi set.  This is the cutest little bird!  I used the flower image and VersaMark ink to stamp a background onto the card.  Then I used black VersaFine ink to stamp my bird and balloon image.  I stamped the balloon onto white cs, colored it, and then pieced it onto the card front.  I did the same thing with the bird and hat.  I have another card that I made with this set and I'll be showing it to you later on in May.  Thanks for stopping by and be sure to come back tomorrow for another sneak peek!
